Country music icon Garth Brooks extended an invitation to NFL player Travis Kelce, praising his rendition of “Friends in Low Places” at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory parade.
Brooks, ahead of his bar’s opening, expressed delight at Kelce’s performance and offered to fly him out to Nashville for another shot at singing the hit song.
He even mentioned the possibility of Kelce bringing along his brother or friends, highlighting his eagerness to see Kelce at the grand opening event.
After some conversation, the reporter came into contact with the public information officer, Tammy Kikuchi, who confirmed that the plate was real and had been approved five years ago in 2015.
